Project Progress

Project progress is controlled by Atostek's weekly meetings and by regular reports to the customer. Project meetings are held according to the project plan.

The focus of work and the performed project hours are controlled by our own hour tracking system (Hourtrack).

Project control

• All working hours are entered in the Hourtrack system
• Project is divided into tasks and components, which are listed in the reports.
• Each hour entry also contains an entry to the diary, which is a free description of the work done
• Weekly reports are generated by Hourtrack
• Project progress is followed by comparing the amount of work done with the milestones and the resource estimations in the project plan
