Electronic prescription turnkey solution presented at Turku ICT Week

Atostek has developed a turnkey solution for the electronic prescription. It includes a central patient information archive similar to the Finnish Kanta service. Mr. Mika Torhola presents the solution at Turku ICT Week workshop in Turku, Finland, on March 10, 2017.

Atostek’s solution utilizes the results of the RAMP project supported by Tekes, the Finnish Funding Agency for Innovation. The goal of the project is to improve usage of public cloud services in healthcare services and products. The project partners are Turku University of applied Science, PerkinElmer, Etteplan, Nextfour Group, and Atostek.

– We can set up an electronic prescription anywhere in the world in a few weeks, provided that there are electricity, Internet, doctors and pharmacies, claims Mr. Torhola, the managing director of Atostek.
